What is the course about?
Master the essentials of employment law in this practical introduction. Find out how current legislation affects your business and how to adopt responsible employment practices. Learn about your legal duties as an employer in relation to recruitment, management, dismissal and redundancy, and how you can implement best practice in establishing and changing terms and conditions of employment.

Suitable for anyone with legal responsibilities especially newly appointed managers, HR staff and directors/owners of small businesses.
