What is the course about?
In the current economic climate, your understanding of finance is more vital than ever. You will get to grips with financial terminology, and with the tools available to help you plan, budget and forecast successfully. Essential skills for all managers.
What level is the course?
The course will be of interest to recently appointed budget holders and existing budget holders who have not previously received any formal finance training.
