What is the course about?
Apply some powerful neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) techniques for enhancing your performance at work. Using NLP skills in the workplace enables you to present to others with confidence, communicate your message clearly, lead others more easily, understand more about how others think and enhances the quality of relationships.
What level is the course?
This course is for people who see part of their role as communicator, problem solver, negotiator, counsellor or change manager and seek strategies to improve their personal effectiveness. Suitable for people who may have some or no knowledge of NLP and are curious to learn more.
What will the course cover? (contents, themes, projects)
- Applying communication and influencing skills to get your message across more clearly and persuasively.
- Establishing greater rapport with clients, colleagues and staff.
- Practice flexible thinking strategies when seeking to elicit information, solve problems and reach the best decisions.
- Recognising and challenging limiting blocks to achieving successful outcomes for self and colleagues.
- Applying your NLP tools to a range of projects.
