What is the course about?
Strong effective teams are the backbone of any successful organisation. You will gain a toolkit that will help you manage, lead, encourage and enhance performance to build highly motivated winning teams. You’ll also identify your own strengths and weaknesses as a team member, and how to make use of this insight.

Staff with management responsibilities (at all levels)

- The manager’s role in building and maintaining the team
- Dealing with conflict
- Identifying your preferred role within a team
- Motivators and de-motivators
- The team leader’s role in motivating others
How will I be taught?
Whole class teaching, pair group work, practical exercises, demonstrations, discussions, presenting information, question and answer, role-play.
