What our staff say about working at City Lit

We regularly ask our staff what they think about working at City Lit and we carry out at least one satisfaction survey every year, our most recent survey was undertaken in June 2010 .

Some of the highlights were as follows:

94% of staff said that they would recommend City Lit as a good place to work with 88% also saying that they are treated with respect.

We have effective communications - 78% of staff feel involved in the running of their department and 95% are able to describe how they contribute to our objectives and success.

We support the health and well-being of our staff - 91% said they have the opportunity to work flexibly and 86% of disabled staff believe they get adequate support with their disability.
