I found the course very enjoyable and easy to follow and the tutors were very helpful and professional.
Not only did the course help me decide if I was ready to go on and do the 5 day manual and/or electronic courses, but the information I gleaned from the tutors, and peers in the same field, was invaluable for my business and career progression.

A very well organised and presented course that gave me lots of information and insight into the role of being a notetaker. The practical sessions were well spaced out between presentations on spelling, abbreviations, pencil cases and handwriting. The tutors took great pains to reassure students about their capabilities and inspire us to learn more whilst being very honest about the realities of being a notetaker. Very good course for anyone wanting to know more about this profession.
