Drama, Dance and Speech at City Lit offers a vibrant, vigorous, creative programme of courses that reaches out to all adults whatever their background, age and aspiration - from acting and comedy to technical production and much, much more. Graded ‘outstanding’ in a recent government inspection, we provide classes of a very high standard that range from complete beginners to professional where you can develop your imagination, sense of play and expand emotionally. Many of our tutors are professional practitioners. In addition to our varied programme for all levels we also run the City Lit Rep Company to help actors build their professional portfolio.
