What topics will we cover?

This dance class includes centre, barre, floor work, movement across the floor and routines. It focuses on alignment, stage presence and builds up towards greater body awareness, allowing weaknesses to be pinpointed and improved.

What level is the course and do I need any particular skills?

You will receive regular feedback from your tutor throughout the course, as and when appropriate. At the end of the course you and your tutor are asked to assess the progress you have made. Improved co-ordination, fluidity, posture, flexibility and ease of movement.
