The study of the characters and their relationship with each other. We will be looking at Commedia scenarios, with impro work on Harlequin, Brighelle, Pantoline, Pulcinella, Scarpino and Tartaglia.

In order to get the most from the course you will be able to:
• Listen and respond to instructions and feedback.
• Take part in class discussions.
• Read a script and/or related text.
• Work within groups and pairs safely.
Through exercises, games and impro. Solo and group work.

You will receive regular feedback from your tutor throughout the course, as and when appropriate. At the end of the course you and your tutor are asked to assess the progress you have made. Continual feedback throughout the course.
