Taking responsibility for your lack of self-belief and realising how it holds you back from what you want to do. Deciding that you would like to become more confident.
Find out where your lack of belief comes from, strategies to change and letting go of negative emotion. Building on confidence for the future and engaging in where you want to be in the future.
- accept your current limiting beliefs and learn how to get rid of them.
- identify what can be done in the future to start building the confidence muscle and break through what is holding you back.
Basic, no previous experience necessary.
In order to get the most from the course you will be able to:
• Listen and respond to instructions and feedback.
• Take part in class discussions.
• Read a script and/or related text.
• Work within groups and pairs safely.
Individual exercises and visualisation. You will identify your own needs and issues and these will be discussed afterwards.

You will receive regular feedback from your tutor throughout the course, as and when appropriate. At the end of the course you and your tutor are asked to assess the progress you have made. The outcomes of the exercises will be noticed by self, and others after the course.
Please complete the evaluation form at the end of your course. These are monitored and help us to continually improve our courses.
