Enabling you to create a focus on your career or life and avoid feeling overwhelmed. Identifying strategies that can help you get into good habits and understand what might hold you back from achieving your goals. Being aware of the possibilities to change, and what that change might bring.
Establishing where you are now, where you want to get to, what might hold you back and how to overcome it. Then creating a personal action plan.
- evaluate your current life realities
- set a goal properly, knowing that it is the right one for you
- come away with an action plan for the next month.
You will become aware of the possibilities of change, and will discover how focusing on what you want can be exciting when broken down into small chunks.
Basic, no previous experience is required.
In order to get the most from the course you will be able to:
• Listen and respond to instructions and feedback.
• Take part in class discussions.
• Read a script and/or related text.
• Work within groups and pairs safely.
Individual exercises to elicit each of your own issues, with group discussion after each one.
No other costs involved. You will receive a client pack with the full exercises used on the course.

You will receive regular feedback from your tutor throughout the course, as and when appropriate. At the end of the course you and your tutor are asked to assess the progress you have made.
Please complete the evaluation form at the end of your course. These are monitored and help us to continually improve our courses.
