This course is for actors who would like to make a 3 minute short film. We will be devising, writing, directing and acting in a short film over the course of 4 weeks.
The Seven Basic Plots, Story-boarding and acting for camera.
Demonstrate an understanding of acting for camera.
Work collaboratively to devise, write, story-board, direct, and perform in a 3 min original short film.
You need to have had some previous acting experience and be familiar with the basic techniques of psychological realism.
In order to get the most from the course you will be able to:
Listen actively and communicate clearly.
Give and receive constructive feedback.
Have a practical understanding of Relationships, Motivation, Previous circumstances and Destinations.

You will receive regular feedback from your tutor throughout the course, as and when appropriate. At the end of the course you and your tutor are asked to assess the progress you have made.
