The whole course was great fun and life enhancing. [The tutor] taught us with much patience and a great sense of humour.Each lesson filled us all with joy as we worked towards a complete routine.

American Tap: Stage 1 is an excellent course that I highly recommend. The teaching is clear and I have developed tap techniques to dance a routine and move onto the next stage. It is thoroughly enjoyable too

I started this course with very little knowledge of tap and found the classes inspiring and fun. I have done all three terms this year so have good experience of this class with different classmates although many returned to the same group some also progressed during the year. The teaching was consistently clear and it was easy develop within each class and over the course. The tutor was excellent, highly skilled and he remembered everyone's name. He was encouraging, patient and helpful when I couldn't get my feet to do as they were told and with a group at different stages of learning.I was amazing at being able to learn a whole routine in a few weeks. I always leave the classes feeling better than when I came in. Two minor grizzles: I wish the mirrors reached the whole way across the room and once a member of staff came in to change some posters during the class and got in the way a bit without apology which I thought rude but these are minor grizzles. I recommend it completely.

This is a wonderful course to join in a relaxed yet hard working and fun tap class. A must for anyone to try out, and it will make you want to return for more.

Tap dancing requires balance, co-ordination, concentration and flexibility. The tutor has boundless patience, warmth and humour and encourages even the most poorly co-ordinated and struggling student with amazing results.

Our teacher is absolutely brilliant. He sets an amazingly high standard for a course teaching complete beginners.
He always manages to bring any people who have never done tap danced before (some of us have done this course previously, and repeat it because it is so good) up to the required high standard.

Our tutor is a great tap teacher. You will be able to do basic steps in 30min and dance a routine in the first session! Good for your health as well. Just join and enjoy!
