The course is a great introduction to magic. It's a good mixture of technique, the psychology of magic and performance.

It might be easy to drown in the possibilities and complexities of magic technique, but each trick of effect is broken down into the basic sleights and mis-directions. That's not to say the tricks are easy - but achievable within the scope of the course.

The atmosphere of the sessions was informal and laid-back - which made workshopping with other students easy and the tutor gives helpful and insightful feedback throughout.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this course.
