Discovering your TV presenting potential.
We will address confidence and techniques associated with presenting to camera, reading autocue, writing and memorising short scripts, interviewing and talking to time.
Present confidently to camera.
Read autocue.
Conduct an interview.
Talk to time.
This is a reasonably fast-paced course for Beginners. No prior TV presenter training is required and it is suitable for those who have or do not have a performance background. Good communication skills are required.
In order to get the most from the course you will be able to:
• Speak English fluently and clearly.
• Read a script accurately.
• Give and receive constructive feedback.
• Take notes.
We will do practical sets of exercises which will be recorded on camera and played back with helpful constructive comments.

Yes. Before you can enrol on this course, you need to have an advisory interview with the relevant department. Without this the enrolment team will be unable to process your enrolment. Please contact the department to arrange your interview, or to find out about drop-in sessions.
You will receive regular feedback from your tutor throughout the course, as and when appropriate. At the end of the course you and your tutor are asked to assess the progress you have made.
