Increase flexibility, rhythm and explore your freedom of expression through movement. General exercise structure will apply incuding warm up, toning, combinations leading to dance routines, cool down and stretch.
Body dynamics while moving to include, attention to posture, timing and counting, combinations, toning exercises, travelling movements and stretching.

It is desirable to have some previous dance or movement experience and to be exrecising regularly
You will need to be able to read and write short sentences, follow verbal instructions, observe and copy physical movements and use spatial awareness within a group.

To assist us in providing a safe and healthy environment for you to exercise in please take a moment to consider the list below. You will learn practically, through physical demonstration tuition and guided practice.

You will receive regular feedback from your tutor throughout the course, as and when appropriate. At the end of the course you and your tutor are asked to assess the progress you have made. Improved posture. Greater depth of movement when dancing. Musically & dynamically expressive. Pick up steps & routines quickly/more flexibility.
Please complete the evaluation form at the end of your course. These are monitored and help us to continually improve our courses.
