Practise a deceptively simple method of taking control of the way your mind works, to make it work for you rather than against you. Discover the mind's natural capacity to enjoy life more fully, by learning how to live more in the present.
You will learn a variety of meditation practises including body awareness meditation, the mindfulness of breathing, the cultivation of compassion and walking meditation as well as the principles of mindfulness. We also touch on mantra meditation and formless meditiation. You will learn how to work with difficulties in meditation and to cultivate the benefits of meditation. You will be expected to commit to practising between sessions.

- Apply mindfulness in daily life
