Both tutors have established mindfulness meditation practices and are currently studying for an MA in mindfulness based approaches. This will be a highly experiential course. Each week you will participate in meditation practices led by the tutors. Home practice is an integral and essential part of the course. You will need to commit to setting aside 45 minutes per day for this using the CD's provided on the course. There will be some theory input relating to stress and anxiety and there will be time each week for participants to discuss their experience of the practices.
