Movement classes courses

Come and enjoy City Lit's broad array of movement classes, from the gentle, purposefull movement of T'ai Chi and Chi Kung to energetic dance moves, including Zumba, Capoeira and Bollywood! All levels are welcome and there are opportunities to progress and develop your skills. Classes are available evenings, during the day and at the weekend.  We offer a relaxed environment for adults in central London - a short walk from Covent Garden and Holborn tube stations.
