Each move is considered Yin or Yang, and is used to stretch a particular meridian to harmonise and energise the inner organs which are responsible for the body’s health and wellbeing.
ChiBall Method™ is a blend of colour, aromatherapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine and a synergy of six ancient and modern movement disciplines, TaiChi QiGong, ChiBall Dance, Yoga, Pilates, ChiBall Release using the Principles of Feldenkrais and meditation.
