I was a little nervous about applying to go on the course but I am so glad that I plucked up the courage and went for it.

The course was really intensive. There was lots of homework on top of the taught days. However, it was well worth the hard work. I really enjoyed learning about anatomy and physiology as well as how to teach yoga.

My own practice has improved as a result and I made some great friends on the course. Best of all though, the course helped me to develop the confidence and skills to teach yoga.

I started teaching shortly after the course ended and I love it!

I would 100% recommend this course to whoever wants to become a yoga teacher. I have very much appreciated the focus on anatomy and physiology, overall I was impressed by the in depth knowledge of yoga philosophy, practice and anatomy of the course tutors which has given me the confidence to teach. The whole course was really tough but challenging and enjoyable. I had a wonderful relationship with the tutors and the other students who provided fantastic support throughout.

I now teach five regular independent yoga classes a week in London without any support. My life has changed so much after this course and I will never forget what I have learnt and achieved.
