Ideally the course should be longer and the class size smaller.
Alternatively there should be a follow up course to this one.

I went on this one day course in Jan 2012. The tutor created a lovely supportive atmosphere that made it easier for me to do the exercises she was suggesting and reading the outcome out to everybody. The course was very nicely paced and as a beginner I learnt a lot. I would definitely recommend it.

teacher was great...the problem with one day courses is that the group of 18 students never gets to "gel" as some are shy and don't open their mouths...etc.
