Two years ago I decided to return to further education at the age of 61. I wanted to find out if I could develop new skills and acquire greater expertise. By nature, I am a diverse person interested in many things. I had left school aged 14 back in 1962. My childhood education had also been disrupted by a serious illness that left me profoundly deaf. The 47 year gap was a heck of a lot to time away from study. This move would be a catalyst for change.
The structure of this couse appealed to me and I thought the tutor's background would make for good leadership. In any group the dynamic is top downward. The tutor was very enthusiatic and creative and generated a really strong class that had a lively sense of camaraderie combined with good work.
Like many of my classmates I had some reservations and doubts at first. But right from the beginning it was clear that I had made the right choice. For anyone seeking a new lease of life I would heartily endorse this course.

I went to this course thinking it wasn't for me, but I was very surprised to realise this was the best decision I have taken for a long time.
The tutor was amazing and she does not only teach the basics to improve your English, she will encourage you to be more excited about the learning process. She is a very good influence when it comes to making something better out of yourself.
I learned to write stories like never before.
