[The tutor] blends viewing scenes from movies with lessons in structure and dialogue to ensure sessions that are fun and informative. His own approach to structure is refreshingly direct and practical.

The course moves at quite a pace so you get the most from it if you are able to attend sessions with reasonable regularity.

Started out keen but uninformed, ended up feeling genuinely equipped to start writing scripts that would not be dismissed out of hand. Excellent, comprehensive content, well-paced and structured course, lively and enthusiastic teaching. Highly recommended.

My knowledge of screenwriting was zero, so I was a little concerned when I started the course. Luckily that wasn't a problem. We covered all the basics week by week; were given tips on what the industry is looking for; were shown good examples of what's good (and bad!); given a chance to share our work (if we were brave enough! and were genuinely made to feel that our scripts mattered. A great fun course.
