This is the third French course I've taken at City Lit, and the experience has improved my confidence in speaking and understanding another language enormously. Classes are a good size with plenty of different activities to keep you on your toes, and spur you on. There is a mix of group work and individual attention so you feel that the tutors are able to gauge how everyone is doing, and focus on a particular topic, if they see people are struggling.
Even going to class after a long day at work, I find I look forward to it; there is a friendly atmosphere, and a good pace.I'm definitely signing up for next year!
