In our French class we are challenged to talk to others in the class. We are often asked to describe incidents or experiences in our lives. Sometimes we revert to franglais, though we try to pretend we are speaking with perfect grammar and accent. We have become supportive of one another, and enjoy the open but disciplined attitude of our teacher.

From all the previous courses on French I have done (9) this has been one of the best teachers in terms of proper explanations of grammar, great skills to put at easy students and involve them as per their level, use excelent simple examples, reinforce learning at the beginning and end of each session, provides good materials, corrects nicely, enphasises pronunciation and speaks with clear entonation. Excellent, engagin, motivating and concerned with my own level and needs!

This is a lively course with an active impromptu feel to it. Almost everything is in French. Our teacher speaks at normal conversation speed. But we do focus on grammar a lot too but in active use. I feel pushed but that's good.
