I enjoyed the course but felt that there should have been a 'filter' on attendees as the levels of Fench differed too much for effective learning.
I liked the varied approach to topics and the topics themselves a lot. I think our teacher is very good and motivated us all very well. I would have preferred some more correction of my spoken French.

This is a relaxed informal class and because it is held in a smaller classroom, the atmosphere is more congenial and I felt less self-conscious than when I've done similar courses in much larger rooms/groups. The teaching is all done in French and the teaching style is very good. Not intimidatingly difficult but just enough to challenge students at this level. I would say that all the other students are at a similar level, without wide disparities. I will certainly be signing up for the following course.

I find the oral aspects of this course to be hard - but that is what I wanted, ie to be stretched. The tutor is very good - she makes use of many different teaching techniques and that makes the experience enjoyable. She is also very good in setting and then marking and criticising homework. My only criticism is that several of the students are, I think, over qualified for this level and that is inhibiting for others. Overall i would strongly recommend the course to anyone of intermediate standard.
