The purpose of this course is to develop confidence in french conversation and discussion. The material is very well-prepared and usually topical so it is easy to join in the conversation. The tutor guides the discussion and points out errors without breaking the conversations. A portion of the lesson is spent watching TV news or a sequence from a film. The homework is usually challenging but interesting. It's a very good course.
