The springboard for conversation is articles selected by the tutor from current Italian newspapers on a variety of topics such as politics, environment issues, culture, travel, etc. The group thus becomes familiar with good Italian journalism while gaining practice in debating issues informally, which are usually more challenging than ordinary topics of conversation. This course encourages you to express opinions on issues of general interest. Only Italian is used, and vocbulary enrichment is guaranteed!
