Was quite nervous about this class as I'm not great with languages. However, the teacher was really friendly and great at helping everyone along and the class was also friendly and supportive. All round a great learning experience that I would highly recommend.

I knew a few bits and pieces before starting this programme, but I'm so glad to picked this rather than the module 2 and there was a huge amount I didn't know! Each lesson you learn a new topic (verbs/family/describing people) then get into pairs and practice, then go back to full-class teaching. Really good value for money, would recommend.

This is Spanish for beginners - I only knew a few words when i started. After 12 weeks I can at the very least introduce myself and say what I do. I enjoyed the course very much and have now signed for the next module. Highly rcommended.

Great course and very enjoyable

This was really excellent and I learned a great deal in a short time, the teaching was marvellous the activities were varied and there was lots of interaction with other students.

This is a great course if you want to get started on Spanish and you haven't studied it before. It covers all the basics, eg introducing yourself and talking about what you do, where you're from, etc. The handouts are useful and the activities in class are fun and practical. It doesn't matter if you're not so interested in grammar - you should be able to pick things up through conversation in class.

This course helps you get to grips with the basics in Spanish - Names, numbers, alphabet, some verbs etc etc. I think it is a useful building block for further progression. It is taught thematically rather than using 'dry grammar' only, although that can mean you jump around topics a bit.
