It is a very informative, short cut course for beginners. Excellent introductory lessons and I had great fun!Can City lit have one year Ukulele class?

If you are young, a total novice and a fast learner you will love this course - there is a LOT of information given and a chance to gambol through lots of songs singing the melody line and strumming along. If you already understand music but want to learn to PLAY the instrument you might do better with an individual lesson plan though as this course can only take you so far. Although ukuleles are provided for lessons you will gain far more from the course if you have your own and can practice in between sessions. A sense of fun is essential - I almost didn't return after the first lesson when I felt the tutor had forgotten he was not with children.

...and I'm still playing the Ukulele four months later, although I could do with some more tutorials.
The tutor's enthusiasm is wildly infectious, but he is also very painstaking and professional. You will have a laugh and get better on the instrument as well. Ukuleles are wonderful too- a bit like keeping a very endearing pet.
