Course was excellently taught, with a lot of time devoted to difficult theoretical concepts and ear-training. These supported by an interesting choice of numbers played together. I learnt an enormous amount. Course is extremely challenging for someone coming from classical background - but incredibly worthwhile. (And you meet a lot of interesting people.) Not so much time on the specifics of instrumental playing, though.

This is a great course, excellent teacher, and plenty to get your teeth into. You do an hour and a half theory in the morning, then apply this in the afternoon and learn how it works in a piece - usually a jazz standard with some funkier numbers thrown in here and there. It's a complete blast every week, and you will look forward to Fridays like never before!

Lots of fun, discovered a lot of new material and experiences to expand my limits as musician!
