Intuition can help with problem-solving, personal development, work and relationships. This workshop will help you to strengthen your intuition and learn how to use it in day-to-day life. Intuition is a powerful and natural resource which can be used in all aspects of life.
What is Intuition? The difference between intuition and other internal voices such as wishful-thinking, fear, the intellect and impulse.
What stops us listening to our intuition? How to apply your intuition to problem-solving and decision-making, self-help and helping others.
Tools to bypass normal thinking habits and mental blocks, especially the inner critic.
Have a greater understanding and experience of your intuitive voice.
Use some techniques to access and strengthen your intuition.
Apply these techniques in real-world situations such as work, relationships, purpose or problem-solving.
For anyone with an interest in the subject and ready to explore it.
The workshop will be a mix of theory about the subject, class discussion and practical exercises in pairs, small groups and for the whole class.

You will receive regular feedback from your tutor throughout the course, as and when appropriate. At the end of the course you and your tutor are asked to assess the progress you have made. You will be encouraged to reflect on and feel more aware of your intuitive voice.
Please complete the evaluation form at the end of your course. These are monitored and help us to continually improve our courses. There will be an opportunity to evaluate your course at the end.
