The person-centred approach to counselling is a relational model, predicated on the belief that we need others to help us know ourselves:personal development doesn’t happen in isolation. This group experience will give you the opportunity to discover more about yourself in relation to others in a safe and constructive climate for growth. The aim of the course is to enhance your self-awareness as a practising person-centred counsellor.
After the first few weeks, this will be a closed group. However, should anyone leave the group, new member(s) from the waiting list may only join at the start of each term.
The curriculum is ourselves. This is not a taught course, but a learning group where you are invited to live and experience the person-centred model and to increase your self-awareness.
