This course is designed to encourage counsellors to think about issues of best practice in working with clients in time-limited settings.

Methods in and approaches to time-limited counselling.

Assessments, making contracts and reviews.
Consider and understand some of my own attitudes towards time in counselling.
Understand the concepts of assessment, contracting and reviewing in time-limited counselling.
Consider client issues in light of what may be hoped to be achieved in time-limited counselling.
This is a one-day course designed for counselling practitioners and trainees who are practicing, or considering practicing, counselling in a time-limited setting.
This course will include teaching, discussion, individual written exercises, small group work and role play.
