Anger seeks to communicate and is not just something to be expressed or got rid of. Learn some creative ways to give voice to your anger and help clients give voice to theirs. Gestalt is the underlying approach. This course is aimed at counsellors, other helping professionals and trainees. It is not aimed at people seeking help for the specific course subjects.
