In therapeutic work we all have the potential to act exploitatively and that boundaries are the key to protecting our clients and us. This one-day workshop will consider core questions around the essential nature of boundaries and share ideas about setting and maintaining ethical boundaries to ensure that we are ‘fit for the job’.

The course is aimed at professionals working in the field as well as students about to work in a therapeutic setting. It is assumed that all learners appreciate the importance of ethical boundaries and are committed to the maintenance of safe practice.
