What is Psychosynthesis? The basic principles.
Personality organisation and sub-personalities.
The connection between the personal and Transpersonal selves.
The importance of developing intuition and the will.

By the end of this course you should be able to:

Use some Psychosynthesis techniques to help self and others.

What level is the course and do I need any particular skills?

The workshop is an introduction to Psychosynthesis for anyone interested in the subject. There will be a mix of theory and experiential exercises, so a willingness to work with your own material is needed.

How will I be taught, and will there be any work outside the class?

Some theory, class discussion and practical techniques worked on in pairs and small groups.
Exercises will include inner dialogue, student reflection as well as working with symbols and images.

Are there any other costs? Is there anything I need to bring?

Do I need to have an interview before I can enrol?

What feedback will I get?

You will receive regular feedback from your tutor throughout the course, as and when appropriate. At the end of the course you and your tutor are asked to assess the progress you have made. You will feel more informed on this approach to counselling.
