Body wisdom for beginners

When facing challenges or choice in life we can often rely on our thinking mind to guide us. But we can also become informed in a ‘whole body’ way to increase insight and wisdom. This introductory workshop will give you the opportunity, through practical exercises, to develop your ability to sense and listen to your body’s knowing.

How will I be taught, and will there be any work outside the class?
