If you think you can, or you think you can't, you're right (Henry Ford). We create a life of self-fulfilling prophesy which is great if our mind set is positive but disastrous if negative. Join this workshop and break the chain of negative self-belief.
The workshop will explore the types of thoughts and attitudes that create a powerful self-belief, which stimulates motivation and determination to achieve success. It will look at ways of cultivating inner strengths to counteract the negative self-talk which prevents you operating at your optimum.
Ways to relax your mind so that it operates at peak performance.
How to use your mind power to create a positive self belief and self-awareness.
How to concentrate and focus your thoughts in line with your aim and objective.
Creating a self-sustaining attitude and learning how to counteract self-doubting moments.
How to transform challenging situations into moments of personal progress.
Moving forward yet creating a win-win situation with others.
Reflection, visualisation and meditation in order to restore balance within ourselves.
Access your own personal inner power.
Concentrate and focus your thoughts.
Use your thoughts to sustain a positive and determined attitude.
Use life challenges as an integral part of your ongoing progress towards success.
For participants who are interested in self-discovery and who wish to bring change to their lives. No previous knowledge is require, however, you need to be willing to participate in group discussions and activity.
This course will include individual reflection, written exercises, group discussions, individual and group exercises as well as the input and experience of the tutor.
A notebook and pen will be required plus few sheets of A4 plain paper and coloured pencils or felt-tips. There will be a recommended book list which is optional for students to pursue.

You will receive regular feedback from your tutor throughout the course, as and when appropriate. At the end of the course you and your tutor are asked to assess the progress you have made. Throughout the day you might experience a change in your attitude towards yourself. However the long-term results will not necessarily show until situations arise in your life and you see a difference in how you respond.
Please complete the evaluation form at the end of your course. These are monitored and help us to continually improve our courses.
