We will explore the 9 key important aspects of our lives. Looking at how and where we are out of balance, overly focused on some areas at the expense of others. We will work on re-dressing a healthier balance and setting achievable goals for changing and maintaining a more fulfilling life balance.
9 key areas of our lives based on the Chinese Feng Shui 'bagua': wealth/abundance; recognition/fame; relationships/projects,children; spirituality/mentors, helpful people; career/study, personal development; ancestors/family, health.
How are we in/out of balance within each area and how each area compares to the others.
Our habits and patterns, their origins and how we can alter these to achieve better life balance.
Describe the 9 key aspects/areas of life based on the Chinese Feng Shui 'bagua'.
Identify patterns and habits that create imbalance within your life.
Identify one thing that you would like to achieve within each key area of your life.
Set at least 1 goal in each key area to move you towards a healthier life balance.
Open to all.
There will be an initial handout, talk and group discussion. Work will be done in large and small groups, in pairs and alone and exercises will include writing, drawing and visualisation. There is no homework although you may be invited to start practising your aims and goals beyond the class. There are no other costs but please bring a notebook and pen.

You will receive regular feedback from your tutor throughout the course, as and when appropriate. At the end of the course you and your tutor are asked to assess the progress you have made.
Please complete the evaluation form at the end of your course. These are monitored and help us to continually improve our courses.
