NLP provides rapid and powerful ways to tap into the power of your mind to recognise and help let go of old unhelpful programming habits. By reconnecting with your inner wisdom, through peaceful, calm and structured thinking, you can focus with clarity and precision on how you set goals and handle challenges to help bring about more of those things you wish to welcome into your life.
This course will cover essential principles of NLP and focus on sensory acuity and flexibility. It will introduce some of the core methodology of NLP (perceptual positions, submodalities, anchoring) and its extension into specific techniques.
Describe 3 core concepts of NLP.
Consciously draw upon your external and internal sensory acuity to think and act more flexibly.
Apply 3 NLP techniques to a personal issue of your choice (e.g. health, relationships, self-development, career).

The sessions will include theory input, demonstrations, discussions, practice in small groups and pairs, as well as experiential assignments between classes to integrate and test your learning.
There will be no additional costs. The course fee will cover a number of handouts produced by the tutor.
