You will receive regular feedback from your tutor throughout the course, as and when appropriate. At the end of the course you and your tutor are asked to assess the progress you have made. Throughout the day you might experience insights into the message of your bouts of stress. Also you may experience an increased understanding of the working of your own mind and the ability to use different states of awareness as a tool for personal development. However the long-term results will not necessarily show until situations arise in your life and you see a difference in how you respond.
