For anyone who wishes they could listen better to others and create more time to think ideas through. The level is suitable for anyone wishing to build stronger relationships with colleagues, children and friends; to have more productive meetings, solve business problems through teamwork and create bold strategies. A listening and thinking environment offers a new world of possibilities. You will need to participate in course activities and discussions.
Whole class teaching, small group activities, practical exercises and discussion topics.You are encouraged to develop these skills after the completion of the course.
