What is the course about?

How angry do you get? Do you then get annoyed with yourself for getting angry? Come to this workshop and increase your understanding of how you get yourself into that place and how you can get yourself out!

What topics will we cover?

Discussion via brainstorming in group and in couples. Questionnaire, Awareness exercises, drawing, feedback role-play and some fun too!

By the end of this course you should be able to:

This is for your personal development, so willingness to talking about how you feel is beneficial.
It is imporatnt to realize that our feelings might arise yet this is not a therapeutic session but is supportive and educational.

How will I be taught, and will there be any work outside the class?

Via thought provoking discussions and exercises.
Some personal writing e.g. a journal.

Are there any other costs? Is there anything I need to bring?

None.

Do I need to have an interview before I can enrol?

No.

What feedback will I get?

You will receive regular feedback from your tutor throughout the course, as and when appropriate. At the end of the course you and your tutor are asked to assess the progress you have made.

How will I be able to give my views on the course?

Please complete the evaluation form at the end of your course. These are monitored and help us to continually improve our courses.
