This is a great course, very relaxed and enjoyable. It teaches you some great Techniques. Not all of these techniques are immediately obvious but become more apparent with practice. I feel that if you attend this course and put the ideas into action then you will see the true benefit of it after only a few months.

The course strikes a very balanced approach between class participation and the teacher's guidance. The teacher was very experienced and the course was very helpful and enjoyable.

The tutor was a great lecturer the group excercises were particularly helpful and good reinforcers. I liked the course content. On another note It was a surprise to see men in the group. I would have preffered the sessions to be single sex groups. I was doubtful of some peoples agendas for being in the group, as their primary reason may not have been to just learn from course content, but moreso to learn about teaching styles and techniques and in a few cases to mingle with the opposite sex(this applies to a limited few of the men and women in my group). That was the downside for me, as it would have been nice if we were all looking to get similar things out of the course. Overall though I was happy with the course and would recommend it.
