The course really helped me to start taking my art work seriously and see the possibilities of further art study. We were exposed to a large variety of projects and given the support and guidance to develop our own portfolios - without this I would never have gotten onto the courses I got onto. Many thanks!

I found it thoroughly enjoyable although I had to leave 2 weeks before the end due to other commitments. It wasn't what I intended to do but the Tutors are great and the course content is reallyt useful to anyone who is going to do full time foundation or just wants to experiment with various Artistic pursuits. All in all I can't fault it. Thanks to everyone that runs it.

Tutors advise expertly on avenues of research tailored to each individual's response to the theme of the week. Classes begin with a talk, showing living and historical artists' work to inspire, group discussion is encouraged, tutors comment sensitively to draw out the potential in individuals and encourage the creation of new art as well as the consolidation of past practise.

There were many varied projects on this course. It really opened my mind to the possibilities of collage, printmaking, painting, sculpture, graphics and many other mediums. I did all three terms and ended up with a brilliant portfolio
