This 4 week course was exactly what I was looking for as an introduction to painting, or a 'reintroduction' after many years away from the easel. It was great o have a full day devoted to learning the techniques. It really felt like anything less would have been cutting it short. Also, the teaching method was ideal - very laid back, with the right balance between instruction and allowing space to work things out by yourself. 4 other participants and I have now formed a painting group and will be continuing the painting on Sundays tradition! So thanks to [the tutor] and City Lit for that :)
