If you're excited at the thought of drowning in colour, then this session is for you.
It quickly takes you from the basics of colour mixing and colour theory through to producing densely layered colour on colour pieces, working with colour to depict mood or emotion, responding with colour to music and producing fabulous abstract works through the various exercises. Useful if you want to develop a painting portfolio but also brilliant stuff to feed into other areas: ceramics, textiles, garden design - as well as being enjoyable simply as a one-off course!
Each session was inspiring and energising and the range of different projects clearly well thought through by Charlotte, the tutor, who is knowledgeable, encouraging, enthusiastic, with good individual critiques - just what you need on a Thursday evening.
My only criticism is that this course should be run more than once a year as I've already recommended it to so many people!
