What is the course about?
Continue learning to translate the Bible from Hebrew with confidence, understanding what translations are unable to convey.
This is a live online course. You will need:
- Internet connection. The classes work best with Chrome.
- A computer with microphone and camera is best (e.g. a PC/laptop/iMac/MacBook), or a tablet/iPad/smart phone/iPhone if you don't have a computer.
- Earphones/headphones/speakers.
We will contact you with joining instructions before your course starts.
What will we cover?
prepositions and pronoun endings, the reversing vav and participles.
What will I achieve?
By the end of this course you should be able to...
recognise and understand a wider range of grammatical forms and vocabulary.
What level is the course and do I need any particular skills?
The course continues from Level 1, modules 1& 2 and you will need either to have completed those courses or to have a similar level of knowledge.
How will I be taught, and will there be any work outside the class?
You will learn new grammatical forms and vocabulary via the textbook; outside class you will need to do exercises to practise the grammar you have learnt and to learn new vocabulary, about 12 words per week.
